The road narrows at the front of the Admiral Nelson which is also the area at the front of the Docks entrance that is down to have a lot of money spent on improving it in the near future. Now is the opportunity to make the road improvements. Also if there is a pavement where the wall at the front of the Admiral nelson is, it will be dangerous for pedestrians as the road narrows that side and would cause the pedestrians to be walking out into the traffic line. A vehicle with a driver not paying attention might easily cause an accident here. Why build accident black spots when with a bit of thought they can be removed?
