Roll mouse over picture to see size of new building

I have tried to match the photos but I thought the actual building might be higher! So now the architects have sent me the original photo which is very similar to my attempt. The difference in height they say is 4.75 m ! Does not look that much. These are the pictures used to represent the scheme for planning approval!!
